Richard Allen New Generation (RANG), a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, and designated Registered Community Organization (RCO) focused on addressing the needs of families and individuals within the North Philadelphia footprint from Broad Street to 8th Street, from Spring Garden Street to Girard Avenue.

RCOs have been established by the city of Philadelphia to ensure that neighbors of proposed real estate developments are notified, and have opportunities to make impact, with regard to zoning decisions that may impact them.
